MASC OGEN is a co-operation company under the joint leadership of its shareholders include the Ogden Services Corporation, CNAC(M), Air Macau, China Travel Service(Macau), and several other prominent local entrepreneurs.
MASC OGDEN's headquarters and facilities at the Macau International Airport covers a total of 14,745 square meters of construction area. The Cargo Terminal covers 7,560 square meters, the Office Building covers 2,220 square meters, and the parking lot takes up 1,080 square meters. Backed with comprehensive aircraft service facilities including a cargo transport system, a sorting system, a computerized inventory system, eight cargo conveyer belts and 210 sets of tractors and trucks, MASC OGDEN can handle 450 tons of cargo a day and the annual handling capacity can be up to 164,250 tons.
MASC OGDEN is responsible for the daily operations at the Macau International Airport. It provides the airport with aircraft line maintenance, ramp handling, passenger and cargo services. To perform these functions, MASC OGDEN has built a cargo terminal and has constructed an aircraft maintenance hangar and a ground equipment maintenance facility. In addition, MASC OGDEN has installed the CUTE/OS check in system and a training center. These actions taken by MASC OGDEN enhance its operational performance at the airport, thus providing customers with the best possible services.

Aircraft Maintenance Services:
Routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance services; preflight checks; control of spare parts and materials; providing engineering facilities, tools and special equipment.
Cargo Operation Services:
Warehouse handling: customers clearance and documentation, inventory control, freighter aircraft handing.
Ramp Handing Services:
Aircraft unloading/loading; pushback; aircraft and cabin cleaning; lavatory and water service; baggage/mail/cargo transport.
Passenger Services:
Passenger and crew bussing; check in at the terminal; ticket sales, reservation service; porter service and VIP lounges.
Training:
A world class training center for personnel training with extensive multimedia equipment and library has been built to train high quality personnel who lay stress on safety, proper operation of equipment, efficient work and good mastery of service skills.
