ADA - Administration of Airports Ltd., started its activities in September 1994.

The enterprise, born from the association of ANA, E.P. - Aeroportos e Navegao Aoea E.P., holding 49 percent of the capital and CNAC - China National Aviation Corp. (Macau) Company Limited, holding 51% percent of the capital have the mission of airport management and administration as well as the provision of operational services.

In September 1994 ADA signed a contract with CAM (Macau International Airport Company) for the global management of Macau International Airport and the direct provisional of operational services for a period of 15 years.

The key-words - efficiency, safety and comfort - are notions that embody ADA's great strategic guidelines. There are two basic axis in ADA's mission:

1. The first concerns the performance of operational services, to allow the efficient handing and guiding of aircraft, passengers, luggage, cargo and mail, materialized in activities such as airport operation, air traffic control, security and maintenance of plants and equipment.

2. The second concerns the Management and Administration of the Macau International Airport, comprising the definition, direction and oversight not only of operational conditions and functions, but also those related with all commercial activities carried out at the Airport in respect of airlines and passengers.
